I have a great grandfather (Enrique Bernardo de Espana - escort to King of France, Louis XV). If I visit Spain would I be able to visit the area of burial? His death was in that city September 23, 1811, and he was buried in the Chapel of the Sanctified Christ, of the parish of Holy Eulalia at Palma de Mallorca.
I’m sorry, but I have no idea. I would recommend going to Palma though. It has some beautiful Gothic and medieval architecture that I didn’t expect to find, if I’m honest.
I did a bit of internet research into this, and I couldn’t really find any answers. If you want to do some more searching, you might find a bit more information as to where the chapel is, or whether it is open to the public.
Sorry I couldn’t be of more help.
